We are seeking outstanding scientists with innovative research programs in the area of chemistry and materials science. Areas of interest include but are not limited to polymer chemistry and physics, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, applied chemistry, biological chemistry and other relevant fields. 

Positions and Qualifications  

1. Principal Investigators 

① more than 3 years of overseas work experience after obtaining Ph.D. 

② holding official teaching or scientific research positions in overseas well-known universities, institutes, or enterprises, for applicants who returned home, the time after returning shall not exceed 1 year 

③ being recognized among peers in respective fields, having the potential to become an academic or technical leader 

2. Special Research Assistants 

① at early career stage 

② Ph.D. 

③ 3 year initial contracts can be renewed once, outstanding performers will be invited to join in faculty after assessment 

④ with demonstrated research potential, team cooperation spirit, and innovation 

Salary and Benefits  

For Principal Investigators, we offer a highly competitive salary and benefit package, including house purchase loan, settlement allowance, personal subsidy, insurances, child care allowance, paid vacation and health checkup. We provide state-of-the-art research laboratory and office space, excellent start-up support for successful candidates.  

Annual salary for Special Research Assistants is at least 210k+ RMB before tax. Other benefits include insurances, child care allowance, paid vacation and health checkup.
